The basis for successful transportation is a high-quality insulated container. An ordinary plastic bag with foil, which is often handed out in stores, performs the function of a thermos for only 2-3 hours. For the train you will need a hard or soft thermal container with thick walls, inside of which there is a layer polyurethane foam or expanded polystyrene.
