If you set the value above +5 degrees, the shelf life of the products will be sharply reduced. Dairy products can turn sour in a matter of hours, and semi-finished meat products can become covered with a slippery film. On the other hand, reducing the temperature below +2 degrees can lead to partial freezing of vegetables and fruits, which will destroy their cellular structure.

It is worth considering that the temperature in different areas of the main compartment may differ. Closer to the back wall, where the cold air comes out, it is always colder. On door shelves, especially in the upper sections, the temperature can be 2-3 degrees above average.
